City House Apartments | Income Eligible Program

The current demand for affordable apartment rental homes in Denver far exceeds what is available Due to this demand, City House apartments participates in an income eligible program to ensure affordable housing opportunities for all eligible Denver residents. Some of our apartment homes are income eligible and have a designated household maximum income level. The US Department of Housing and Urban Development publishes the income limits annually to determine the eligibility for income eligible apartment homes. The most recent publication on median income levels and program participation by HUD can be found here. The affordable homes at City House apartments must be rented to households that earn less than the maximum income set forth by HUD. To qualify for an affordable home, residents will need to demonstrate income levels at the time of move in as well as annually thereafter.
